I carry the experiences I have had with multiple organizations, including serving as high command in all LEO organizations and gangs Being part of a group exposes me to a wide range of knowledge and experience in various fields, as well as the skills needed to manage an organization Being aware of the failures and chances of an organization makes me a suitable candidate to lead the LSPD.
I have developed a plan to transform LSPD into the most professional organization in the state with my experienced team. My intention is to restore LSPD to her former glory. With the help of my heavy experienced deputy , Cos , and Hods . My goal is to do my utmost and meet others' expectations, even surpassing them if it's doable. and i ensue that Los Santos and its citizens can be safely covered 24/7 with my team.
For a long time, I have worked in state organizations and gained a lot of experience in RP. This time period also allowed me to teach others how to conduct proper RP and meet the expectations of admins and curators.My goal is to ensure that everyone knows how to communicate with others and do RP properly in the future.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My goal is to keep all of my deputy, cos, and high command positions active when compared to any other term.My goal is to make sure that they have respect for each other and that there are no conflicts between the officer so it show that we are the most reputed org in rhe city. I'll collaborate with my qualified Human Resources team to make sure cadets who are new to this organization are enrolled and they are treated properly I will ensure a good and healthy relationship with all the organization in the state, behave with them properly and solve any misunderstandings created between the employees of the organizations and the most important thing and my unit willl try to tow and keep the city clean
