I was just checking the time on panels and there were more than 3 hours left on them there was no need to kill me. If he gave demands to leave the property I would have complied as you can see I don't even have a gun out but he just straight RDMed me.

6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN

If they are defending solar panel in their own property and anyone comes near the panels, they can shoot without demands.

Closely before the full hour, defenders can shoot without demands attack people near the solar panels if a clear intend of attack is visible. its not directly before the full hour or no clear attack is visible, defender should give demands to leave the property & If a person complies with given demands or is leaving, it’s not allowed to kill them.
