Additional information
1. Leader of Federal Investigation Bureau
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
Reason 1:
I want to become the leader of the Federal Investigation Bureau to help continue improving and keeping FIB the top legal organization and display it as a role model for every officer and agent in the city. I have been in FIB for some time now over many terms and I have been impressed with the organization, the agents specifically and most importantly the workplace and the work environment. FIB is a place where the best of the best peace keepers in the city perform their duties in the most professional way possible, in order to help maintain the safety of every single citizen in the city, and outside the city. FIB has a special position in Los Santos and no matter where people are, FIB will be there to help protect, serve and investigate any crimes and do their best to prevent future crimes from taking place by setting preventive measures. I believe I have a special eye for finding and helping who needs more guidance, training and support, in order to improve FIB even more, and assure citizens that people here know what they are doing, and that nobody will set a foot outside of lines that are not to be crossed. I believe my extremely broad knowledge from HR helps me understand what FIB needs to focus on to better improve our agents capabilities, work ethic and motivation to do great.
Reason 2:
FIB is in my opinion the top of the food chain, and I believe my experience, commitment, loyalty, discipline and my desire to follow the law, make sure everyone else follow the law and help citizens in need where a different party has broken the law and caused harm to law abiding citizens. There is also a lot of gang violence where both parties may have broken the law, and it is our duty to find relative evidence on those parties to de-escalate future incidents, secure hostile and dangerous areas, detain, arrest and investigate criminals in order to secure a safe environment for citizens, their families and their friends to be outside without worrying about gang violence or even terrorism. Speaking of terrorism. I will improve our work against terrorism and double down on the work we do to prevent any actions that threaten Los Santos and its inhabitants. I will make sure FIB will always represent at events with our heads held high and lead events like the leaders FIB are.
Reason 3:
FIB is a home to many, and we see ourselves and each other as family. We are one and we will stay one. I will make sure everyone at FIB feels welcomed, included and appreciated. I will focus more on training Junior Agents to become the best FIB Agents the city has ever seen. I have noticed for a long time that people with low knowledge are sent back to LSPD or SAHP to gain more experience, before they can come back to FIB. But that raises my question. If FIB is considered the top, why should FIB not do more training instead of only receiving trained people from other organizations? I believe FIB is in a unique position to offer knowledge, experience and lectures on how to do proper arrest procedures better than anyone else, how to deal with criminals, how to deal with other organizations in a professional matter and how to act under cases at DOC or cases in Court. If FIB is so great, shouldn't people learn from FIB? I will focus more on training newer agents and give hope for the future of FIB.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My advices for improving the Roleplay level in FIB will be to do as following:
- First of all make sure people know the Grand RP rules and test them from time to time. When people join FIB, they will be questioned about RP rules to test their knowledge. And while they are in FIB, under private settings, HR can take some agents to the side and test them once a week on Grand RP rules, to see if they still remember the rules. If they fail, they will simply be told to read more about the rules and to be ready to answer the question correctly next time
- Sometimes people misinform others of RP rules, and it gets stuck with them. I believe a meeting from time to time to refresh peoples memories is due. Many people in FIB know a lot of RP rules, but there are always matters where people stop mid RP situation to ask something OOCly. This will not be tolerated. OOC topics must be held in private settings and anyone doing this will be taken to the side and immediately reminded to stay in character otherwise there will be consequences. This is an RP server and we will treat it as such
- Many people sometimes joke around too much, dress improperly for their titles and show no signs of respect to the RP. I will make sure every single person at FIB will dress according to uniform codes. If an FIB agent is undercover, they still need to represent themselves in a respectable matter. No big giant hats, helmets, masks or crazy outfits. Anything that make it seem unrealistic and can be taken as a joke, is unacceptable in undercover, as well as in provided uniforms according to uniform codes.
