2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I am very excited about just thinking of the name of General Infront of my name. Working in various legal organizations has given me the good experience and skills to carry out this role.
My experience with state orgs has been outstanding. I have been on one of the highest commands on multiple occasions, for instance with the Los Santos Police Department, Sheriff Department and Federal Investigation Bureau and working with all of the leaders to make their term a success.
I have good plans and assemble a good high-command team that will permit me to lead without thinking of a lot of things of the NG. Plans that I have are a new training program and an improved chain of command. My top priorities will be quality high and numbers high in the NG.
My number one priority is solving the a long coming problem of inactivity in the terms of retired leaders. I have made an active human resources department who will hire people and help to preventing activity issues through constant open recruitments so that there can be people from various time zones and we don't face any issues for activity at any given point.
Im always open to bold concepts, new ideas and game-changing proposals and lets make this not only bigger and better, but a not-to-be-forgotten word.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
We have weekly ceremonies where we promote and reward hardworking members of our org. As a just org, the promotions will be fair without any favoritism. Favoritism issues will instantly lead to a ban/strike from our org.
We will be conducting weekly meetings with every department and their high commands regarding any issue in a department and how to resolve it. I will ensure every department is kept active, while high command positions will be achieved by the actives as well as experienced.
I will try to use RP commands (me/try/do) as much as I can during the working hours of our agents and this will help people to understand the real use of these commands.
I will increase the quality of our members communications and professionalism on radio and they will be added based upon some parameters which the IA department will set.
Members who are very hardworking and show professionalism will be rewarded with unique titles, or special bonuses which will be a good amount
A feedback box will be added in which all employees can put issues and no one will who put it so they can put it without worrying about anything
