Hi there i was making a forum report on a player for RDM. In the video you see me running down the street after talking to a friend. As i was going down the street a car pulls up next to me and proceeds to get out the car and shoot me so i pulled out my weapon and shot back. I have received the punishment of GR 6.15 which says i need to give demands for a rp to engange even though i didnt shoot first and i was defending myself in roleplay. In roleplay terms if you are being shot at im not just going to let myself die to do a report on someone i am going to defend myself when i have guns on me. So im really confused in the sense of how i got punished for GR 6.15.
