2- The video is clear. This person was dead. He returned to the same location a minute after his death

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to accept it and decided on the following:
ID 5353 will be punished for VDM RDM and mixing (Not NLR because he was passing by no proof he wanted to return to RP)
ID 5351 will not be punished for RDM because the evidence does not show the full situation
Atlast, ID 111252 will be punished for USING TRACERS, (Gen 4.1)
