Dear Higher ups ,

I have posted a forum regarding missing item shaminic mask of type 2 . So i got a response from CrazyM that “
Things don’t disappear in thin air” , which is an complete unprofessional statement . It is responsible for the Technical Administrator to act professionally and post professionally . The reason people post Technical forum is just to make sure of their grinded items are safe . But some mistakes might happen in the server too . Previously i had the same experience of an Missing item of Engine level 2 or 3 but the response was in a professional way . It is the duty of the Technical Administrator to make sure of the players items are safe or not and at the same time give a professional response . I request to take action of him and post the logs of the missing items so that it will be helpful for me to know it . I did not get any punishments for this but since its compulsory required i am posting as warn . I was told by EN 02 Administrators BioMask King and Razwad Rogue . If you need proof for it i can post it but give me 48 hours as i am in travel!
