Life Story: Hector was a kid of an imigrant from Turkey and a Mexican woman. He was born in Ciudad Juárez in 1997. From a young age he was broken because of all the murders and robberies that happened next to him. He was basically raised between cops and criminals. At age 13, his mother got murdered by a robber after she tried to fight back. Months after months, Hector didnt leave his house. When he was 14, the LSPD was holing a Junior Policing Academy. After hearing this, he decided to join the program. After completing it succesfully, his morale was higher. He finished his school and studied for the LSPD interviews. After he was 18 he went to the LSPD to join. After going in an interview, he passed with a good mark and he was sent to the Field Training Program. He had an FTO whos name was Runaan Ramstein. He passed his trainings and completed his training in 6 months. After finishing it he started rising through the ranks. He was the Head of Human Resources in 3 months. After becoming the Head of Human Resources, he started getting good experiences in other departments, mainly SWAT. After a month, he got an offer from SAHP.
Career Story: After getting the offer for Head of SWAT from SAHP, he directly accepted the offer and put in his transfer. When he started at SAHP, everybody gave him a warm welcome. He gained respect there too. One day he was patrolling when suddently he saw some people from the East Side Ballas. He started panicking and trying to drive away when they remotely blocked his engine. Before he even knew what happened, they were pointing guns at him and telling him to exit the veichle and put his hands up. When he got out and put his hands up, they robbed him and took everything he had. And after getting robbed the gangs released him, he saw someone's face. It was the gang member who killed his mom. Then something snapped. He took his spare pistol from the car's trunk and started shooting at the gangsters. He tried to kill that guy but they escaped. When he realised what he had done he felt something. He had joy from shooting that guy. And that day he decided to turn dirty and rob people himself. He would take his suspects to HQ for "interrogation" but the thing he really did was take the suspects to remote locations and rob everything they had. And now Hector is dirty. He is robbing people and looking for the man who killed his mother.
Outcomes:
1- Hector can help people escape jail. (Using USB or Darknet Task)
2- Hector can take bribes in order to release 10-15s. (Up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
3- Hector can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam (Two times per sit.)) and can break it (/do breaks bodycam).
4- Hector can use illegal weapons and he can picked up any weapons from the ground. (No Organization weapons)
5- Hector can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
6- Hector can frighten and disrespect/act rude when talking to other people and 10-15s. (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
7- Hector can let suspects go free if they're his friends or family.
8- Hector can break IC law including: COP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention etc. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
