Dear Admin Team

I was banned for not providing a POV, but I’d like to explain that my recording failed because my storage was full during the event. I didn’t realize it at the time and only noticed after it ended, which is why I couldn’t submit a POV.

It wasn’t intentional, and I’ve made sure it won’t happen again. I hope you can understand and give me a second chance.
