As Usual I was just trying to sell the Drugs I grew today and Posted an Ad in CC of Streat racers Club. After some time a person contacted me and I have attached the whole conversation of mine with him in the PROOF attached. After the conversation I went inside my FH and was off screen for 2 mins for an OOC break after getting on the PC I was wanted with 3 stars out of nowhere. I don't think that it is legal to just issue wanted stars on criminals without even meeting them or arresting them. Just bcoz he can see my ID and Name in CC to issue a fine. As far my knowledge i do think it's a violation of server rules. I may be wrong too.
If it is i request suitable punishment for the offender.

I am not aware of the time of violation as the incident occurred when I was off screen and it may have occured in a range of time

I have also resolved to provoking a bit to the offender after the Wanted Stars incident due to sudden rage after the incident so I would also accept any Punishment given to me if I am found guilty for Provoking
