1) I was appointed an illegal leader, but I guess it's bad luck, people tell me they trust me but the trust is one-sided. So I think it's best I stop working with illegal organizations.

2) I want to lead the EMS. Now it is the time to show what I am capable of. I think I am really going to get to work with this organization, and I will make the best leader.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

To enhance the RolePlay aspect in EMS, I recommend concentrating on the EMS newcomers. It’s crucial to instruct them on the appropriate role-play commands during emergencies to preserve an appropriate role-play atmosphere. I would prioritize collaboration with other legal entities, I would also take good care of the RP radio ensuring that it is clean and clear to everyone.

My work history with EMS is very long. In the current term i am the oldest EMS employee. Right now i am serving as COHR (28). Alsoi faced many different terms and many different situations. So basically I have very great knowledge of how things work.

2. I am the current employee and High Command so I know EMS current situation and employees. So I think I can handle the further term in best way ever possible.

3. As i explained i have huge experience as a High Command and as a employee too but now i want to experience leadership. I am the person with total expertise and staff familiarity. I crave the Leader role to inspire, optimize, and passionately serve the server community.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1. I have more than 1 year in EMS. In this era I saw employees mistakenly broke rp. Like while surgery they didn't follow proper rp. I will talk to FTO team about this.

2. While doing medruns I see employees doing UB driving I will totally prohibited it.

3. From last few days I noticed that lobbies were empty for long time. I will encourage employees to do duty.

4. I will implant real scenarios in training. I will make training more realistic.

5. Also the employees who are frequently making mistakes, because of confusion or lack of knowledge I will conduct retraining and follow-up sessions too.

2.1)
EMS was my first legal organization and I have gain a lot of experiences and knowledge from EMS. Honestly i love helping people with their problem, so EMS is the only organization that can provide help to everyone in city with their medical issues and save them from serious disease.

2.2) I have been in EMS for total 4 terms under leaders like Cosmic Hayes, Sachin Pai, Naruto Stark and Aleena Emberhart. I was also a Deputy Chief in Cosmic Hayes Term.

2.3) I love attending the State Calls and Events because I can represent EMS among other organisations in State Calls and Events. So I will be taking care of State Calls and Events (ACC, Bank Protection, 10-60 situations) as it’s my first priority of being a Chief.

2.4) I will use my experiences and knowledge to create an a team of high commands who will provide a friendly and humble behaviour towards the junior employees by guiding them through their mistakes and not just by giving a strike or verbal.


3. Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the Organization?

3.1)
I will make sure both Hospital Lobbies have on duty units for Day and Night shifts 24/7 by focus on recruiting employees for all the time zones. I will also keep hosting events within the organization to encourage units to be more active.

3.2) I will send one unit from PH on calls for city area and another unit from SH on calls for outside city area this will help the citizens to get faster medical treatment and this will also help to improve the role play. The percentage of AMV (armoured vest) will be lowered to 70% so more units will join AS department.

3.3) I will also advice the High commands to take the state calls and take the junior employees with them so that they can get the experience of it and will know how to do the health checkup inspections of every Legal Organizations to keep the officers disease free and full of immune.

3.4) I will make it a mandatory for HCs and Surgeons to perform more surgeries properly because it will increase of professionalism and also I will make some changes one or two things about surgeries which will make it more realistic.

3.5) I will do a meeting with them every week to check if they are facing any problems or having doubts. If they have information regarding their job then a high level of role play will be maintained easily.

3.6) I hate and will completely avoid favouritism because if someone without experiences and knowledge gets a higher rank then it will affect the flow of role play of that situation due to lack of knowledge and it will also spread wrong information among others.

I want EMS to operate with proper structure, discipline, and clear communication. I am confident in handling teams, managing responsibilities, and maintaining a respectful working environment.


2) To improve activity and make EMS more responsive to citizens

EMS is responsible for saving lives, so activity and quick response are extremely important. My goal is to keep EMS active across all time zones and ensure citizens receive fast and proper medical help at all times.

Give proper medical & RP training to new employees.
Maintain realistic RP in surgeries, medruns, and emergency responses.

2.1)
I started my EMS journey during the Viking Sholke's term, later served EMS under the leadership Viking Shikamaru and Cosmic Hayes. During those terms, it helped me develop sense of how EMS functions and what it needed to make run well for a long period of time. I had achieved the highest rank of HOMD, though each rank taught me something new about authority and accountability. I have seen and done a lot of field work and i want to serve more at a higher level if ever given a chance.

2.2) During my working term in EMS, I have faced many serious issues which creates problems in IC, such as empty lobby and delayed ambulance responses, there were also issues with a lack of doctors responding to state issues. I have also planned how a thoughtful integration between the call unit and lobby can enhance the overall process. As a leader, I am interested in solving such issues with structured stable planning and discipline.

2.3) I know a lot of the city’s contacts including former high command and senior staff who can guide throughout my term and concluding it as a successful one. If elected I will ensure that lobby units, are available in all time zones 24/7 and I will try my best so that the state calls become a priority of all HCs.

2.4) I want to implement more of a promotion incentive, as well as an equal way to reward people for staying active and upholding the core moto of EMS of serving the City.

3. Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the Organization?

3.1)
I will work on encouraging citizens from all time zones to join so EMS lobbies will never be empty and there will be units active throughout the day.

3.2) I am looking to develop the training department. Every new hired employee should get the training, as soon as they are hired. Field Training Officers(FTO) would be directed to train in clear, consistent English so everyone learns the same standards.

3.3) After the promotion ceremony I will try to host a high command meeting. This will allow us to identify problems early and fix them quickly with the assistance of deputies.

3.4) I am thinking of organizing Give away prizes at the end of the week for each department. This helps keep people in being determined to work hard and letting them know that their time they spend in EMS is valuable.

3.5) I am going to create a friendly and supportive surrounding in which junior officers feel comfortable talking to high command.

3.6) I will not tolerate any kind of favoritism or toxicity. If there is any sign of corruption or misuse of power strict action will be taken as soon as possible.

2.1 I want to be the leader of EMS because I have gathered a lot of knowledge being an EMS employee since I got into the city and joined EMS and later I started working hard in EMS in Prince Gupta’s, Cosmic Hayes and Aleena Emberhert Terms. So now I will use my knowledge and experience to make my EMS term to be one of the best.

2.2 I will make sure MD and AS Department will be more active. I have seen some of the common issues while in Aleena’s Term lobby being empty for night shifts mostly I will ensure and hire more newcomers in EMS irrespective of the timezone and I will make sure that lobbies will be covered 24/7 and they are who will assist in managing lobbies and AS accurately.

2.3 I believe that the HCs should always be polite and humble with their juniors as they would like to do more hardwork for the org there should not be any favouritism regarding ranks or bonuses in the org which could compromise the integrity of EMS β€œDiscipline is the key to lead a sucessful term”.

2.4 I will organize weekly events to encourage employees to come on duty and perfrom relentlessly and do more hardwork and I will make sure that HCs are mostly active and attending all the state calls as such as 10-60,10-15 and routined state health checkup



3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1. Surgery trainings because most of the employees doesn’t know the use of /me or /do commands while performing surgeries I have seen FTO,s not giving training regarding surgeries as it is the main aspect of RP.

2. Routined Background Checks of employees as they shouldn’t be confronted during state calls.

3. EMS is the heart of city so I will make sure lobbies will be covered 24/7 so it will help improve rp and citizens to get medical assistance .

4. Realistic and fair roleplay regarding UB Driving and avoiding PG during the duty hours.

5. Avoiding the force rp as I have seen doctors are forcing the citizen to buy medicines so they can get more payback.
