I was a victim of car ramming (see: Pending review - Car Ramming | 496143) and while that was happening, this other random person 491226 (friend of my attacker?) shows up, pulls out a gun and guns me down in the city in front of the Casino. After he shoots me he then proceeds to continuously drive over me with his car, even returning minutes later to do so a few more times. My attacker from the referenced first attack (491226) also returns and continues to run over me as well. These are not citizens behaving properly and should be punished to the full extent for their many rule breaks.
