Rejected Ban for GR-1.2 I Aldin Verstapen

I was not playing grand rp for sometime and then i got banned for GR-1.2 , and i had two factor authenticator on my account and i did everything i could to secure my account
Is there a chance for me to get unban i really don't know how the GR-1.2 if i did someting wrong im sorry i will not do it again .
