Life Story:
Prem Cullen was born in India in a Small Family where his condition was very bad and difficult to survive in the atmosphere . The people around him are same like his situation and can relate with them . The situation Prem Cullen was surviving was very difficult where He didn't even get proper sleep and Food to Eat . Due to this situation the Atmosphere around Prem Cullen was Full of Criminal activities , murders , Exporting Illegal stuffs around the area. Due To this situation Prem could also get in influence of this Things . But The thinking of Prem Cullen was whole different Prem Cullen had a dream that he can somehow get out of this situation and can do something big in life ...
After that he thought dreaming will not do anything in the life . He has to Implement This dream to real life . So He started to save every single money which is possible for him and after the saving money for so many years he decided to use all the money he got and reached the city of Los Santos Roaming around the city for so many days Prem Cullen found his interest in FIB he then instantly fill out the applications and it got accepted prem was accepted for cid department then he instantly head to the HQ of FIB fill out the application and Finally he Got a Step Closer to his dream. .
Career Story: While working for FIB in that CID department everything was going perfect Prem Cullen make so many connections with high commands even with the leader. Further I was busy in Taking evidence as many as possible, uc busts , Arresting Criminals, Giving Out Fines , attending every events possible etc.. Due to having connections the HC always had an eye on me that's i got promotion fast even with hard work and got the Trust From the high commands .
Everything Was going fine like butter, When a day came while i was arresting a person from gang On the way of DOC he told he can you leave me, if i set him free he will give me some amount of money. I first thought that he is trying to fool me but then Prem Cullen got to know about easy way to get money through this illegal process . Prem Cullen Was Grown up in the atmosphere of criminal activities because of this Prem Cullen had some bad things somewhere in his heart . Prem Cullen thought that this can be an easy way to earn money and buy things he want example : luxury cars , Big Mansion etc . If he work wisely than he can never achieve this in his whole life till retirement . That's why he become more and more greedy and started engaging in illegal activities and started doing corruption for the sake of money and become greedier day by day .
Outcomes:

2) Prem can lie about requesting a lawyer and refuse to show ID to hide his corruption.
3) Prem can do illegal activities like rob and kill with family and friends due to his past experience.
