- Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I’ve been playing since EN3, so I’ve seen the community grow. Over time I realized I enjoy helping players, solving problems, and keeping things fair more than just focusing on my RP life. Becoming an admin feels like the next step where I can give back to the server and make the experience better for others. - What are your strengths?
- I’m patient, calm, and fair in handling situations.
- I know the rules well and I’m active.
- People can approach me easily and I always listen to both sides before making a decision.
- What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I focus too much on making things perfect, which can slow me down. But I’m working on balancing that, and I’m always open to feedback. - What skills can you bring to the admin team?
- Good knowledge of the server and rules.
- Strong communication and conflict-handling ability.
- Patience and fairness when guiding new players or resolving issues.
