Approved Banned for 3 days for No animation during car theft | Tyrell_Johnson

I am making this complaint because there was a misunderstanding with animation cancel during car theft.

I was robbing a car with a friend. While i was hacking the car there was someone shooting me i did not move my character or anything i continued the animation. The animation stopped so i thought i successfully hacked the car plus i was in the hacking animation for a while so i assumed it was done. i clicked f to enter the car and i was able to enter. Soon as i enter i got banned.

I was not able to get pov because medal software does not record or clip while not playing the game. Which banned screen does not count as playing the game for the software i use. so i did screen shot the banned for proof.

Im very sorry the animation stopped during car theft, and i did not stopped the animation i know and understand the rules. I possibly think the game must have bugged and stopped the animation. I always follow rules and never break them and never have i got in trouble for breaking the rules its the first time. im sorry and hope you can forgive me and give me another chance.
