Dear Staff
I am writing this appeal to you for the 14 day ban that has been placed on my account to be either shortened or lifted Id (464827). I feel me getting punished for racism isn't fair as I am not a racist person, I would never be racist to anyone as I feel it is very unfair and can be very hurtful towards people. whoever knows me closely and personally in city and out of city know that I am not a racist or vulgar person towards anyone. i can only apologise for the feelings of the person that I have hurt and who I may have caused distress to. what I said was a heat of the moment thing and I can only apologise for what has been said and hope you guys allow me to improve going forward and to become a better person in city!
Since playing grand I have loved every second of it and I have enjoyed meeting and making friends from all over the world, I play grand everyday because of the community that I am in and the great people I get to meet and chat with everyday!.
I thank you guys for taking time to read through this appeal and hope you guys can allow me to improve and become a better person in myself and allow me to ensure this behaviour will never happen from me again.
