I'm writing to express my concern regarding the decision made by previous administrators, especially Abraham Elkhabib. I believe that my previous complaint was not thoroughly reviewed and that the decision was made in a biased manner.
In my original complaint, one of the players was insulting my family (specifically my mother), which is clearly audible on the recording. The admin did not issue any punishment AT ALL, nor for the possible 6.15 rule violation where the person kills without counting or any kind of warning!
I respectfully request that this matter is re-evaluated, as I feel the current decision does not reflect a fair and impartial assessment of the situation.
Additionally, I will attach the links to both my original complaint as well as the one rejected by Mr. Abraham.
