On Saturday, I submitted a complaint because I was banned over a year ago due to the anti-cheat system, which I accidentally triggered.
However, on Monday I saw that my complaint was rejected.
I would like to know why it was rejected.
I want to say again that I am not at fault for my ban, and it would be a shame if my gaming experience were ruined by a game error.
