2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I was previously leader of Marabunta Grande and had a very good term aswell as had a very good turf team who we're active but I couldn't complete the full term so I want to take another chance and complete a term.
2.2 As part of leadership, I will ensure that the events are being done aswell as the gang is being active with a friendly environment. This gang has a wonderful reputation to it and I want to keep the reputation going as good as it already is.
2.3 For the past couple of months Marabunta has not had a good leader or a good term. Most of the times the full term isnt complete or the people who take leadership of the gang dont have proper leadership skills. I hope to be able to make this term as good as it was back in the day and bring back Marabunta.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Keeping an active gang with active members who are taking over ghetto and maintaining stable turf profits.
3.2 Doing events that involve RP to enhance the RP in the gang and create friendships between members as in most situations the members are going to have to work as a team.
3.3 Making sure everyone is abiding by the rules and not doing any rule breaks to not ruin RP for other players or members of the organization.
3.4 Listening to curators and making sure I make what is asked from me to do.
