Life Story:
Mahmut BlackThorn, was born in Türkiye, Çanakkale, as a young kid he was in a war where he saw people die, guns being shot, with no food etc. he still made it it was hard in his early years his both parents passed away when he was 5 in the war, soldiers found him and adpoted him and brought Mahmut somewhere safe and after sometime and he go on with his life like that but he couldnt pay all the school and taxes so he thought of moving to Los santos, he came to Los santos with a boat from the ocean as an immigrant and go on with his life he made friends there and go out with them and one of his friends dad was a police officer and that gave Mahmut the mind of becoming a police officer when he grew up he was in college for 10 years and after finishing it succesfully he passed everyhting and became a Rookie.....
Career Story:
Mahmut was a very smart person and mange to pass his training in a couple of days in the SAHP he quickly got promoted to higher Ranks for the good job he was doing he even manged to get a Mafiaboss who FIB Agents couldnt find for years then the promotion contract came he was told he would get 500.000 American Dollar if he stay in SAHP for the next 10 Years and help FIB to catch Highly wanted mafia's and drugdealer's Mahmut did not have much of a choice so he accepted the deal and signed it, after 5 Years of catching 7 Highly Wanted Mafibosses and 78 Drugdealers he Broke the record in Los Santos, But that changed when his old friend got arrested his friends was with him in everything even his dad helped him pass the rookie training so Mahmut could not handle the life anymore he thought of him self for Days even not going to work then he became to a solution and use his position in SAHP to help his friends out he didnt care about SAHP anymore he just wanted his friend back from the Law Enforcement he did Everything he could but couldnt save him he was not angry at anyone he was angry at life for being so unfair, Mahmut Couldnt handle Life anymore at that point he didnt care about anything and crossed the line and became a corrupt cop.
Outcomes:
1-Mahmut, can break IC law including: COP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention etc., and use his position in SAHP
2-Mahmut can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his ID to any suspect
3-Mahmut can cuff other LEOs and break their bodycams to avoid getting caught. ( no targeting or PG)
4-Mahmut can assist other corrupt officers in their activities.
5-Mahmut can buy, use and sell guns from the black market. (No ORG gear)
6-Mahmut can take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
7-Mahmut can cuff, torture Leos or citizens if they Break IC Laws. ( no targeting or PG )
8-Mahmut can add or remove people in wanted list, remove previous reasons for being arrested, give fines or arrest. (with IC reason and only give wanted stars from the penal code)
