Being in every state organisation, I worked hard and gain experience in every scenario, which had helped me to develop my leadership skills and in LSPD I had a whole other feeling about how we can serve this city and assisting every other organisation to reduce crimes and help to shape a better crime free city, future for our future generation and present ones too
By becoming the leader of LSPD I want to serves this city and peoples from providing reducing traffic violations to saving people from criminals and assisting other organization with there events and maintaining peace in the City. I would make sure that people in city should not violate the city and traffic rules.
I aim to be an example of leaders who run the organisation by spirit. I will prevent favouritism in org and also make sure every member of the organisation no matter the rank will keep discipline and respect each other and form a better and remarkable organisation I will also make sure to ensure that everyone knows how to communicate with others. I would also make sure that we have active towing units to reduce the traffic in city and I will take serious action against corruption making it zero in organisation.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
I would make to assign skill full and experienced deputies, as good leadership helps a lot other to grow and make a strong team, and also I will make sure to have active tow units all the time . my respective high commands will be handling there departments and also lower ranks units helping with their training and duty
I will make sure every person in organisation knows proper procedure of becoming a well known and remarkable officer. Teaching them with an experienced HR team that ensure our officers are equipped with the correct sets of skills to ensure citizens and prosecutors are not affected with the wrong doings of any type. In my presence the relationship of LSPD with other organisation will be strong. I will make sure there will be no conflict between us and also during special missions of organization.
