On consideration G.R. 6.15 + G.R. 6.8 | 138822

I was driving when I saw an unconscious player and patched him. Suddenly, player (138822) arrived on a bike, started shooting and killed both of us, violating General Rule 6.15. Furthermore, he committed Amoral Acts by skidding his bike over us while we were unconscious, violating General Rule 6.8.
