I think he is not doing his job properly and is abusing it. I asked him if house number 138 had a garden because the auction page was wrong. He said go and check first. I told him that I could not access the information because it was sold by the state. He told me that the house did not have a garden, but I learned that the house had a garden after the sale. He does not deserve this position. If he cannot help people, he should not be in this position.

You could have checked the auction as well as real estate. Sometimes the auction is wrong hense why people always go to the real estate to confirm. Don't just blame admins for YOU not putting in the effort.
