Hello Curator,
Since my last admin complaint was treated as an unban request, I am doing another one.
I was banned 3 months ago for “Orga-Nuking.” This is not listed anywhere in the official server rules and therefore cannot be considered a rule violation. Especially in this case because we are not talking about something that is common sense like cheating or really destroying an organization, we are talking about removing 6 players from a blacklist with the rank that has the rights to do it. So if its expected from the players to get the permission from the leader every time, it should be in the official server rules, which is not the case.
Even if this rule did exist in the official server rules, it would refer to someone destroying the structure of an organization or committing other extreme actions, which does not apply to me. At that time, I had the recruiter rank with the leaders approval, and if I, as a recruiter, decided that 6 specific people did not deserve to be on the blacklist, that was not an act of bad faith against the organization. But as I said, this rule does not exist.
I know that you said, that your final answer was given but I cant accept that im permanent banned for something that not even harmed someone or the server rules.
I have not committed any rule violation and did not act with the intention of harming the organization.
So I ask you again if you could please remove the ban.
