Rejected - insults at OOC event | 479441, 471597 was here first try. because i still have time just to complaint i want to use this right. And dont move to appeal. Cz its not about admins decision , its about situation misunderstood.
Idk why my first request was rejected. i will try to explain this one more time. Because guys whole day doing non rp things i checked also reports on them , and see how they act. Its not slang for that guys , its insults and about my situation :
1)Its not about slang Word its about situation and intentuonal insults (multiple) are You dumb fucking idiot mf ect Thing they didnt go rp doesnt change shit still circle around
even already started and if they come for that event - rule about before start or ongoing and after circle event no1 can be robbed and etc - means in that timings peoples out of any RP. Thisis not their slang they are not etnic americans and not rp situation to play that. He just use it likeinsults when he out of control. And in many his reports he using this word as insult so emotional like he living that and he like to use that, and dont like when using him back. - its definently insult. there is no other reasons to use it also in non rp situation non stop. efter 1 every word.
2)is nonrp due to event zone Car was not intentuonal as moving with high speed through circle needed to cancel entering zone witch prevents player to vehicles Control, as well apologized for incident, still got insulted

if you enter the zone then its ooc area outside zone its ic area not ooc
