Rejected Demorgan 180 min for GZ 1.3

I am submitting this complaint against Administrator Hama Knight for issuing a penalty of Demorgan 180 min for GZ 1.3 - Leaving RP situation by joining a green zone.

The Incident: A criminal organization approached me outside of a Green Zone and started pointing guns. I took steps toward the Green Zone because the aggressors failed to issue any clear, verbal In-Character (IC) demands (such as "Hands up!" or "Give me your money!") to initiate the robbery or kidnapping.

Since General Rule 6.15 requires demands to be issued before shooting outside the Ghetto, I argue that a valid RP situation was never properly started for me to be penalized for "leaving." I was simply taking safety measures in the absence of demands, which is not GZ 1.3.
