2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- As I entered in This city Leos was my First Option in my mind to Join. Then I heard about NG . Leading the National Guard allow me to play my real role of my RP life, As Serving in National Guard is my passion and Leading the National Guard is my dream and after I joined NG, I have good experience within NG as worked with good leaders In En3 As Well As in En2, NG . Spending 5 term as Rank 28 in NG in EN2 and 27 at EN3 Now I really think to take the Leaderhsip Postion. And Another main Thing is I have many bonds and Connection with People so They will help me to Run my ORG so smooth without any conflicts.I just need a chance in EN3 to show my skills and I will assure that I will have the Good relationship with my Respected Curators.
- My Main Aim when I will Leader :-
(1) Keep National Guard constantly active: -
In all event and daily operation ensuring it remain a strong and reliable force.
(2) Good Relation: - with other state organization: -
we will work together to uphold law and order in city.
(3) Maintain proper RP: -
where discipline respect and teamwork are the foundation of NG.
(4) Encourage solider through bonuses: -
I will motivate solider to stay active and cover the doors for heavy bonus.

Human Resources - They will Hire the Desire people with proper interview , Trained the People and Give Desire rank according to that .
SOF or Black Ops ( Special Operation Forces ) - They Always ready to attend global event and always standby to attends events and Good shooter to.
MP ( Military Police ) - Will check the discipline and All Logs will be managed at time .
AF ( Air Force ) -We will Hire a Professional Soldier to Fly Chopper and Jets towards National Guard base to look for base is secure or not and also help to reach global as soon as possible.
Medics - Medics take care of medical department for the whole National Guard Solider.
