Matty Buffay, born in Rockford Hills, LS. To a family that valued education and serving the community. From childhood he had a determination to help others which was uncommon where he lived, which made him stand apart.
At First, he thought Medicine was his calling. So he joined the Emergency Medical Services and worked his ass off to Neurosurgeon. But After that he wa not getting the satisfaction the kick in EMS, and wanted to explore and help people in ways EMS could not. So he went ahead and Joined
The Government, where he Started as a Trainee and worked upto Sergeant by helping out citizens by whatever they wanted, his collegues and his higher ups.
But then he started to think as Government Employee I am just either at the Capitol or the DOC, without much action. After which he started looking in a new direction.
The National Guard, proving his capabilities in high end tactical situations, Shooting down criminals and crime families, which gained him promotions and earned him respect in the National Guard
Later on, He went on to join the SAHP and LSPD. to broader his experience into the internal matters of the city. Getting first - hand experience on the realities of the Law Enforcement and the Public's safety
Each organisiation shaped Matty into a versatile public servant, sharpening his knowlegse and skills. Deepening his knowlegde on how the city works. Today he brings in the wide - range experience in the court room as a Junior State Attorney, where he now fights for justice with the same focus that he had joined the EMS, Then GOV, NG and the LEOs
Despite these impressive titles, Matty remains grounded. Years of nonstop duty has made him prone to overwork and the burnouts, and he still stuggles with balancing work life and personal life.
His core values that were instilled him from his childhood such as integrity, discipline, and a relentless drive to protect the people of Los Santos, continues to guide every move.
