Hello, I am making this unban request because I have just been banned from the new account that I created recently. This account was banned several months ago because I had a link with my second account, I created this account a long time ago, then I did not play it for a long time, so I forgot which email address to log in with, so I created a second account in order to continue playing Grand RP, then I found out which email address I had created my first account with, so I started using my first again, I lent my second account to my ex-girlfriend, and of course we had exchanges, I gave her a car, she gave me money, we exchanged items, and sometimes I used the wrong address when logging into my account, then one day when I logged in I saw that my account had been banned, so I went to my second account and saw that it was also banned. The reason was that I had links between my two accounts. So I was disgusted because I had spent about 50€ a few days before my ban, so I asked for an unban and the staff told me that it was impossible twice. So I stopped playing Grand RP for several months, then recently, about a month ago, I created a new account, determined to continue having fun on Grand RP, I had even more fun than the previous times, so much so that I spent about 250€ to buy GCs. And today I had a problem with a player who made a very little RP scene, and he told me that I couldn't say anything because I was new and I didn't know anything, to which I replied that I used to have an account ID 9000 and an account ID 16800, and from that moment he had no other idea than to go and report me to the staff, so the staff took me aside and explained to me that my banned accounts were considered still active and that I was going to get banned because I wasn't allowed a third account, I found that unfair, then they told me I could ask to have my first account unbanned if I wanted, I didn't get angry because there was no point even though thinking about the fact that I had spent around €100 4 hours before being banned made my throat tighten. I am therefore making this request so that we can discuss an arrangement so that I can recover at least one of my accounts, and that the money I spent in your game has not been spent for nothing, especially since I am only a student and therefore I don't have thousands of euros to lose so easily, so indeed if I could avoid losing these €250 I would appreciate it.
