I hope everything is going well for the team.
According to the decision in this form: Reviewed - Ban For GR 1.9 | Light Moon
I was technically unbanned, and I really appreciate the staff for taking the time to look into my case.
However, it has now been about five days since the decision and when I try to join the server I am still banned.
I am not trying to rush anyone, I just want to understand if there is something wrong with my account or if there is another step I need to do from my side.
I am writing here because I respect the rules and I would like to be able to play again normally.
If someone from the team can check my account or let me know what is happening, I would be very thankful.
