The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
The LEOS and the gangs can take part in the rally conducted by the EMS where we can statistically learn on the stamina patterns of these participants. They start from Pond No. 4 where all participants must dive into the water and swim their way to the License Center where they will find 10 BMX bicycles ready for the next stage, but only the quickest swimmers will secure one of these bikes and continue onward which can be used to reach the stadium. The stadium will have 5 oppressors only, so the first 5 to reach there will get the opportunity to participate further in the race, everyone else will be eliminated, making every second count. Next they have to head to the Mount Chiliad using the oppressor. So basically strategize and plan the whole route by themselves to get to the top wins the prize. Its all about planning and stamina they have as a gangster or an officer. This is not just a race, it’s a battle of stamina, strategy and skill across land, water and air. Only one can claim victory in the Rescue rally.
Why this event:
Endurance, adaptability, quick reflexes, multitasking, competitive spirit, resilience, situational awareness and pressure handling.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
LSPD/SAHP/FIB/NG/Gangs: Everyone can participate and start from the beginning and reach the top.
Other organizations involved:
All participants including LEOS/Gangs/LI: 14 in total
Vehicles/weapons needed:
10 BMX cycle
5 Oppressor
Admin Requirements:
Spawn cars

No UB driving
No CR
No toxicity

The first person to reach the top of Mount Chiliad wins.
