First, its clearly in POV that his intention to ramming me.
After that i Warn him in IC chat as a HC.. and his replied me 2 times in OOC its mean breaking GR 3.1.

THIS IS NOT A FIRST TIME DAILY FACING SAME WITH THIS PEOPLE.
