When I first discovered the bug, I immediately reported it to Mohamed. I even recorded a video as proof. After getting banned, he was the first person I reached out to, and he advised me to stay calm and submit a forum appeal. Since I had already informed an admin, I believed there wouldn’t be any consequences, so I kept my initial forum post short. However, it was rejected.
I stayed patient and tried again a month later, this time providing full proof. Unfortunately, Alex decided to permanently ban me. Later, I submitted an appeal through the Discord forum-ban-appeals channel, which was accepted, and my forum account was unbanned. Naturally, I assumed my in-game account would be unbanned too, but I was rejected once more.
I now realize that I probably failed to fully explain the situation to you, and in desperation, I submitted multiple appeals. During that time, my forum account was banned again by Jonny. Later, you kindly stepped in and lifted that ban once more. And now, here we are after nearly 10 months.
I've done my best to explain everything clearly in my previous appeals, but I want to summarize it one last time. I discovered a random bug. Because I knew others might abuse it for personal gain, I immediately tried to contact the admins. Mohamed was the one who responded, and I sent him a video explaining the situation. However, I believe it was late at night and he fell asleep, so I didn’t get any follow-up until the next morning.
Since I had already reported it, I believed I was in the clear and continued to test the bug to see if it still worked after a reset. The bug was still active. I even saw people abusing it some were selling 5k–10k Christmas candies on the first day of the event. Around 8:25 or 9:25 AM game time, I messaged Mohamed again, telling him I was still waiting for help. While I was waiting, I was suddenly banned by Mazhor.
I'm not claiming to be completely innocent I admit I interacted with the bug to understand it better, and during that process, I received some candies. However, I never used a single one for personal benefit. You are welcome to verify that in the logs.
I believe I’ve explained everything as clearly and honestly as I can. This is a delicate situation, and I admit I didn’t handle it well. I’ve learned from my mistakes, and I’m asking for one final chance to return.
