Hello Admins,
I recently received a 30-day ban for ER 1.7 (not providing POV). I would like to respectfully clarify my situation.
I did provide the POV as requested, but it seems there might have been some misunderstanding. I acknowledge that me and my family members unintentionally broke ER 1.3, and I sincerely apologize for that mistake. As shown in my friend’s POV (POV 2), we were literally standing around the corner and didn’t realize we were in the circle area — it was never intentional.
Regarding my own POV: I always start my recording before entering the circle. However, this time I mistakenly was already inside when I realized, so I immediately started recording. Since recordings take about 3–4 seconds to begin, my POV shows right after I entered the circle. Despite this, I did provide my POV as required (Refer to POV 1), so I believe the ER 1.7 ban may have been given by mistake.
I fully accept responsibility for unintentionally breaking ER 1.3 and I am willing to take the fair punishment for that. However, I kindly request you to reconsider the ER 1.7 punishment since I did provide my POV. You can also confirm from my friend’s POV that we did enter the circle unintentionally.
I just returned to the server after almost a year, even purchased GC and the battle pass, and I truly want to enjoy RP properly again. This is the first time such a mistake has happened, and I have always followed the rules to the best of my ability. I hope you can give me another chance.
