2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization? ( list three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 The first reason I'd like to become the Director of FIB is due to professionalism and experience. The first thing I have always preached is to treat every rank and org with respect and decency! I believe this creates a great team and turns them into a family and allows people to enjoy the city a lot more. My goal after both of my previous leaderships was to be able to run FIB one day when I felt I could bring a solid team. I understand how prestigious FIB is and I would love the opportunity to lead this org. I do believe I have what it takes as I was able to lead LSPD to two successful terms during my leadership with minimal punishments for the organization. The next reason I feel as if I'm experienced enough is I was then able to lead SAHP a month later to another two successful terms. These two orgs gave me leadership skills, abilities to lead events, and the grasp of the city laws. My last bit of experience is I was able to join Weedy and also Mike whites term. In Weedy's term I was an Assistant director and in Mike Whites term I was given COS of HRT. These gave me a much better grasp of the org and how each department functioned differently then LSPD and SAHP. I do feel that I'm more then capable for this organization, but with that I'd like the chance to learn even more, as each leadership has taught me new things to learn and overcome. I also chose a team that have been high commands but still have goals to reach in FIB and Id love for them to achieve that goal, as my goal is always to train the best officers so they can always apply in the future for orgs as well.
2.2 The next reason I would like to be Director of FIB, is to bring the state back to some sort of normalacy within LEOS and how why FIB is the top org to accomplish within the city! Joining FIB is not easy and takes patience to get to the top! I want everyone to feel welcome though and to understand that to be here you must always be on the top of your A game. I also believe that there is always a disconnect between orgs especially FIB at times. I don't want people thinking FIB is stuck up and only there for them selves. Instead I want org relations to be strong, have meetings on tactics, what we could do better together and to assist in events, event training, and helping to assist in org specific task they must complete each day! This will increase RP within each org and allow for better communication when we are going up against gangs.
2.3 The last thing reason Id like to run FIB is to take what I have learned from my leaderships, the leaders who taught me and mesh it all together. I believe using these ideals will only help improve the org. I also believe that with the team I have developed they will have the experience and same thoughts as me when we are representing the org. A few have been deputies in my other terms and a few leaders or deputies in other terms within the LEO framework! This team will be able to push each other, challenge each other, and make each other better without having egos. I also chose this team to challenge me if they think I could be better and to help me if I ever needed assistance with anything. The teams I develop always believe in no favoritism but instead always promoting the hardest and most deserving employees of the organization.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 I'D like to have org wide trainings that include EMS and NG. The trainings would be different scenarios in different areas that would also help teach each org to work together. I want to utilize EMS as a safe haven for hostages and people in danger. They would be at every situation that is prevalent and be able to check health of the hostages, escort them out of danger and so forth. I also think it would be a cool thing to have a charter of some sort for Leaders when they have a meeting and use it with a detail to go pick leaders up and meet at a secluded place to have event planning, and weekly meetings. This event could be leaked which would cause all leaders to have their best protection team to assist in evading the gangs of that week. That gang would only have a certain amount of people who could try to capture the Leos meeting each that week.
3.2 Press conference would be another way to improve RP as Bob hill utilized this in his term. Id like to be able to have judges, attorney generals and people of the government there as there could be different situations planned around this or events for gangs, Leos or citizens. (For example, gangs ambush capital while a press conference is there by the AG and all orgs security details are to fight off these gangs.) I believe getting the info out through life invader broadcast, news articles, and meetings for the citizens outside of the capital allows for more RP. This could add RP as you could have gangs invade these public outings, citizens would be able to question their safety and or how they feel as if they are in a safer place, and possible hostage situations within that situation as well.
3.3 Lastly, the way to have good RP is to emphasize the rules of state, show how agents are to speak to citizens and other orgs in a respectful manner and also assist in events no matter how little they may seem. The last way to improve better RP is to bring informants, 10-15's and such to the FIB HQ, and to interrogate them for information about their gangs. They would be able to have a lawyer along with FIB having a DA to make sure these meetings are progressive and achieving a purpose for both FIB and even the arrested person at the time. This could lead to better raids as the informant would be able to tell us when and where everyone will be positioned giving us a better chance to win events more times then not.
