2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I would like to be leader of The Families beause I've always valued teamwork the whole time I played this game (trust me you can not achieve anything alone). I’ve played on both gang and state sides, as a regular member and in high command positions. Those experiences taught me how to coordinate teams (like spray team, turf team etc.), take responsibility and make decisions under pressure. I believe I am well qualified to lead and help The Families rise.
- According to my observations the competition between gangs in ghetto (also IC events, turfs, raids etc.) is not enough. Ghetto needs more intensity and variety (new events
). I will bring competition next level ( raid all gangs, be active in ghetto from morning till evening, store robs hostage situations and FZ's as many as we can make with my members).
- I would like to take responsibility of being leader of this organisation, I’m prepared to take calculated risks and act quickly, find quick and effective solutions if situation demands it (crisis moments) with my high commands.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- All my members must be active at ghetto, highway, clands, store robs., hostage situs. etc. Otherwise they cant get promotions n bonuses. For people who will show up for all events, they will get what they deserve as money and rank.
- I want to take the ghetto roles to next stage. We doing hostage situations with Leos but i would like to make hostage situations between gangs, like taking other gang's hc as hostage and send someone to tell them we have your HC/member as hostage if you want him back meet at here and bring X amount of money.
- I will have zero tolerance for any kind of rulebreak in the organization (im sure my HCs will agree with that and will act as required ).
My Goals
- %100 turf.
- Complete the term without any warning.
- To get 2nd term.
- Max graffiti profits as much as possible.
- Win all events and fill up WH.
- Show other gangs who is owner of ghetto.
