Dear higher admins,
I submitted a complaint on Sep 25. The complaint was about players who used insults and committed mass rule violations.
It was replied to two days later, on Sep 27, by the respected Mr. Satish Royal

, who informed me that at 11:50 the audio had disappeared. I immediately fixed the issue and re-uploaded the form at the same hour (Sep 27 at 5:05).
The next day, it was replied to by Admin Maria Pluxury, who rejected it because of the date, without reading the form, even though I had clearly stated in the form that it was a correction of the problem in the previous form (the audio issue).

Therefore, please review this again, since it was not my fault that the admin responded three days later.
Now, the player is messaging me through the forum messages and provoking me.

This is very upsetting for me as someone who has been playing RP for a long time, to see the rules being broken and to be insulted, while I know that Grand RP is supposed to be a good place to play.
