2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
i have been playing since about 19 months in City 3. During this whole time, I worked under multiple gang leaders. i have gained knowledge about all its stuff, so I desire to take this time leadership and run a gang.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A) I will make a team of 10 members who are doing graffiti daily and take a maximum profit of 11.5K each hour. Everyone says this thing, but no one does this daily, but in my turm, I especially look into it.
B) Daily FZ Raid 2 times and also store and gun store robbery daily. Also, try to do hostage situations at least 1 in a day. I spacially appointed 2 deputies who have deep knowledge in it.
C) Make a Turf team with the city's best turfers for turf. Try to take most of the territories under The Families.
D) For good RP, I personally train newbies who join The Families.
E) Daily house robbery, ATM robbery, and car robbery under my observation. For Gang Fund.
F) Follow each rule in the city and no rule-breaking.
G) No toxicity in my turm and no fighting between deputies and gang members.
