2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I want to become a leader of Families because I had gained much experience as a Deputy many times in EN2 I will be a good leader and I will maintain my gang with full of activity and to maintain my activity to do also to maintain my gang with zero warn and be successful and take the dominance of ghetto.
2. I've seen gangs are hardly completing their weekly goals when i become the leader of families i will make sure to do the weekly goals as fast as possible so i can make families the most active gang in the ghetto.
3. A good leader is nothing without a strong team. I’ll make sure Families has deputies covering both day and night, so the organization is always active. No matter the time, we’ll be making moves, earning money, and showing presence. So I will help everyone make connection so they can help me when i need them.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
(i). Conducting Every single event daily FZ, Store, Robberies,Battleship, Clands etc.
(ii).Choosing the High Command member wisely assuring that there is no rule break.
(iii). Giving good Bonus for graffiti so member will make all map yellow.
(iv). Assuring everyone is doing Proper Rp without any rule break.
(v).I will try to run organization with no conflict or problem.
(vi) .I will give daily bonuses so all members will work hard to make fear of Families gang.
(vii). I will make sure to respect other gangs .
(viii) I will give my members some time so they can learn the rules.
