While trying to pull the car over with multiple requests (can provide extra POV if needed).
The Vehicle instead of pulling over kept driving away without stopping.
*6.16 During robbery of person, armored car, trucks (any kind of transport) must be at least 2 cars and 4 persons to stop them and rob. In case if they did not stop it is considered as "Power Gaming" | Jail 120 min or WARN)
Then the vehicle proceeded to drive into unscripted Green Zone to send PDA Location.
At which point most Family members we shot at and killed by law enforcement. And if that's the case then Law Enforcement agents did not follow city rules when being asked to pull over multiple times
*1.3 It is forbidden to leave RP situation by joining in a green zone/ Warn
List of all green zones
*2.3 Enterprises: Shops 24/7, Gas station
After the vehicle left the green zone crashed into a family vehicle got itself lodged on the median in the middle of the highway.
They step from the vehicle on stranger 79291 did not comply to commands was taken down.
At which time after death proceeded to speak while dead say a derogatory remark (Retard)
*Powergaming (PG) - Powergaming can be defined as performing acts that are not humanlike; unrealistic things that wouldn't happen in the real world.
*Unrealistic Behavior (UB) - Actions that are unrealistic or hurt the roleplay (RP) experience of other players are considered as Non-roleplay.

Running into unscripted gz then calling for reinforcements and the guys who pulled over didn't care about there guys life as we were pointing guns at there allies, they just opened fire and then processed us so they are acting as an organisation here not individuals , if pov of them shooting will be needed i can provide it and read the rules my guys outside of ghetto before shooting anyone you need to indulge yourself in RP

So After reviewing the POV Uploaded in the complaint, I see that one of my agents drove in GZ after being chased, However I would like to point a following things.
(ALL Things which i am writing will be backed with the POV of the people in question)
79291 POV -

78123 POV -

1. A lot of Car ramming.
2. I would like the owner of this report to upload the full POV, because from where the POV has started we just see cars driving around and ramming the purple car and not hear any demands for pulling over.
3. After reviewing the POV of the driver he went to the gas station to fuel up his car since it was about to be finished(IC Reason) I am not sure if this applies but yes, this is something to point about.
4. As soon as the fuel was filled up he went back on the roads and continued the RP..
5. Also you violated ghetto Rule 1.12 As in 79291 POV (1:20 - Timestamp ) You will see that he was trying to put his hands up however he doesn't play 20 hours a day so he would not be as fast as he should be. In his POV you will be able to see that he was trying to the Hands in the air animation but was shot down..
6. The Re-inforcements were called minutes before they enter gas station As seen in 78123's POV (0:02 - Timestamp ) the backup was called way before
7. The LEO's Shot Because they had IC reason (PC 2.10 Robbery) Pretty sure IRL If you see a crime being committed which is lethal as RP'ly you could have killed the people being Robbed after you robbed them.. So this was done so all LEO's Could be protected.

I would like the Reviewing admin to Know That this is just 1 agent who was committed to RPing it out and does not represent the entirety of FIB.. I ask the administrators to take what I have written into consideration when rendering the punishment
Also Families Like this are the reason LEO's Don't want to RP anymore because they know whatever RP they may provide to the game next day they have to wake up to Forum Reports on them.

So I’m not complain about The Who department it was assumption.. I am clompsljnt about not pulling over multiple times which I can post pov if needed.. they drove past the gas station then procced back to green zone.. and it is still a green zone.. The car ramming was “unintentional” we were not trying to “car ram” on purpose we where trying to block the front of the vehicle and the pit maneuver since he was not complaint to demands.. which if u know I know that some car taming does happen even when Leo’s car ram ppl.. if this person stop when told like 3-4 other times he was asked to pull over with 2 cars and 4 ppl.. which he didn’t not…
If this person would have stopped with RP like he should have then this non intentional car taming would not have happened..
there is no other way to stop a vehicle which was asked to stop that refuses is to block them in.. except to try pass and block them from the front.. if they car ram me cause of it that is not me car taming them or purposefully ram them.. in the heat of the moment things get crazy.. I don’t put car ramming from Leo’s on here cause some times that happens..

To your number 5. He was given ample time to put his hands up which it 5 secs like the rules say.. if he can not comply promptly then he gets shot.. so if he put his hands up like the first officer then he would have nvr gotten taken down..
6. The crouch bug is an issue for everyone especially someone new that doesn’t play 20hrs a day like u said

I have provided the required 1 min POV of my body cam.. But, if the admins require more POV of times they were ask to pull over. In this incident. I can provide that as well ..
I have nothing to hide MR FIB guy. Just wanna have a fun time RPing in the city..

And if only one FIB agent was committed to RPing then the others that don’t want to RP should not belong in any Legal Orgs or be playing on a RP server. Unfortunately the legal orgs in the city are a big part of the RP in the city so..
If ur FIB agents can’t RP properly that then it speaks for itself about the RP u provide to the city..
And this kind of non RP situations causes the RP to be ruined in the City for ppl like me and in this case for the Family members..
