-> I have spent a good time in knowing server rules and every aspect of gang from member to a leader and gaining experience. I want to bring changes to Families and make it a respected gang on the server by leading events and building a supportive High Commands team. I will make sure every gang member feels involved. I also been a part of different gangs in the pasts, which gave me a chance to see good or bad leadership styles.
-> I have a strong skill in team management planning, and situation handling that i used to keep Families organized and active. As a leader, I will focus on honesty, fairness, and keeping things transparent. My High Command team will teach the new players about gang rules.
-> My goal is to keep a long lasting effect on Families by making it stronger, more united, and more effective with my skills and HC team. I will make the Families alive and make the gang most active in the city.
