I was driving down the road with my friend in a family car and fell through the textures. I was falling endlessly and he saw it too, since he was in the car. He got out of the vehicle, and we teleported up top on the road, he stayed there, I kept falling. I called for administrators help but wasn't responded so I restarted the game and found out I've been banned. I am honestly pissed. I am relatively new to the game, and noticed that the game and the launcher have been laggy, weird textures, crashing etc. Please help.

Sorry. That's my first time making a complaint. The title should have been "Ban for in game bug | Napal_Fedorov".
