A guy posted on the forum against me (his ID was 20480). In the situation, I was simply driving in the opposite lane, and that guy wasn’t even wearing a seatbelt. He fell out of his car on his own — I did not VDM him or commit CR. He was actually breaking Fear RP, yet he didn’t get punished for it. Instead, I received DEMORGAN for CR. I kindly request you to review this situation again. Thank you.

If it would have been an accident you would have stopped and provided medical attention. You did not do that, you guys drive down on wrong lane on purpose to initiate robberies and its clearly shown in the POV. Same as you FULLY commited CR. The other player was punished for the situation. For trying to deceive you will receive a ban.
