2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1st Reason: My Background and Experience

I have been associated with Life Invader for about 7–8 terms. I started working as an Ads Trainee initially but currently I am working in HR position. In the last 6–7 months I have learnt deeply about the working style, rules and procedures of Life Invader.
Apart from this, I have worked as a High Command in LEOs, Gov and EMS organisations for a long time. Especially my experience is in Human Resource and Training Department. Here I have trained many members, worked with different types of people and also developed close relationships with them.

These experiences have taught me:
How to manage the members of an organisation properly.
How to run a department.
And how to do conflict management.
Overall, I have gained practical experience in leadership, management and teamwork by working in different organisations.

2nd Reason: My Vision for Life Invader

In Li Ads is my main department of work, but through Double Hat, I have also had the opportunity to work in two other departments: Journalist and Creative. During this long time working at Life Invader, I have closely observed the processes, challenges, and potential of these three departments.
My goal is to identify the areas where these three departments Ads, Journalist, and Creative are lacking and take effective steps for development during my term. I want to create a work system where new employees can join not only Ads, but also the Journalist and Creative departments with interest.

My Vision as a Life Invader Leader is:
To further improve the quality and environment of Life Invader's work.
To create an inclusive and dynamic structure where each department is given equal importance.
And new employees are interested in joining Life Invader because they see growth, learning, and impact here.

3rd Reason: Why Me as Life Invader Leader?

I am an active member, regularly spending good time in the city. As a result
Employee bonus will be given on time, there will be no unnecessary delay
I will always be available if the CEO is needed as a judge in events
I will be easily reachable to employees and high command

It is often seen that many times after becoming a leader, someone becomes less active, does not keep track of their term, just somehow completes 30 days. As a result, the work of the organization is delayed. I will stand out in this place, because
I have good activity in the city
I have strong connection with citizens and organization members
My observation skills are good
I have gained experience working as an employee in other organizations
And I also have direct, practical experience about Life Invader

All in all, my activity, experience, and leadership qualities will establish me as an effective and responsible leader.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

Ads Department

Among the four departments of Life Invader, the Ads Department is the most important. However, I have noticed some problems recently:
A large number of ads are coming in, but there are not enough employees to edit them.
Sometimes, those who are editing ads post the wrong ads, which annoys citizens and brings criticism to the organization.
My solution plan:
Hire enough employees so that the workload is distributed properly.
Employees should receive the appropriate training, and quality control should be maintained to minimize mistakes while ads editing.
This will improve the Ads Department's performance, raise citizens satisfaction, and improve the organization's reputation in city.


Journalism Department


Another essential Life Invader department is the Journalism Department. However, I have noticed some major problems here:
The number of employees and HCs is very low, so newbies are not very interested in joining.
Many of those in the department are inactive and do not regularly take articles or interviews.
Due to the lack of experienced HCs, employees do not receive proper training.
Many employees have trouble finding and writing content for articles.
There are even more problems in the interview process such as poor English speaking skills, low confidence, and not knowing what questions to ask or how to ask them.

My solution plan:
Appoint good and experienced HCs in the Journalist Department so that they can properly train employees.
Set up an organized training program for employees that covers content sourcing, article writing, and interviewing techniques such as confidence, speaking, and questioning.
Increase the department's activity and engagement in order to attract newcomers to join.
Through this, the Journalist Department will be stronger, employees will be able to work with confidence, and the overall quality of the organization will improve.


Creative Department


The Creative Department is also an important department for Life Invader. However, I have noticed some problems here:
Employees often do not get the right work.
Many are not interested in coming to this department due to late promotion.

My solution plan:
Distribute work equally among employees, so that everyone gets the opportunity to work.
Make the promotion process time bound and fair, so that deserving employees get recognition on time.
Make the department more active and rewarding, so that new employees are interested in joining here.

As a result, the Creative Department will be more effective, employees will work with excitement and the overall quality of the organization will improve.
Human Resource Department

The Human Resource Department basically works under the Ads Department. However, there are some problems here, which if solved, will improve the roleplay of the organization:
There is not enough knowledgeable HR, who can train the employees properly.
When new employees make mistakes, HR often punishes them directly, but does not understand the mistake.
As a result, employees get frustrated and their motivation to work decreases.

My solution plan:
Have experienced and skilled members in the HR team, who can give proper training to the employees.
Instead of punishment, if there is a mistake, first give guidance and explanation, so that employees can learn and improve.
Create a supportive environment, where employees will be encouraged to learn from mistakes and work better.



So, the four departments of Life Invader:- Ads, Journalist, Creative, and Human Resource are each very important for the organization. However, each department has some shortcomings. My goal will be to identify these problems and solve them with new ideas and effective steps. This will improve the roleplay standard not only of each department, but of the entire organization and make Life Invader a strong, attractive and effective organization.
