First of all, I pulled over this guy with a valid IC Reason. In Pov, he can clearly see that this guy is changing his accent, which is considered racism, and after this is guy called his friend without using the org or family radio (OCC Source) which is Meta Gaming and this guys try to be smart and start giving me the demands as I start leaving the Area this guys still shooting at me and kill me which is GR 6.15 (even before the 5 Seconds which UB Demands ) after than he come to me and Provoke me

Need Justice and this guys did Mass Rule Break (4 Rule Break) he deserve the Ban !
