1. Why do you want to become an Assistant Admin?
I wish to become an Assistant Admin as I love helping new players and trying to keep the RP server a nice place. Beginners frequently struggle to grasp the rules, commands and basic systems when they first start out. I want to be the person who creates an easy and welcoming experience for them. I also wish to help out the admin team by assisting users with their problems and keeping order on the server. I will act as a friendly buffer between members of this community whenever necessary. I hope to be part of a friendly and professional community that the players will enjoy their RP on.

2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
I have leadership and operational experience with various factions within the city:
State Organizations:

• 2x HOD (LSPD)
• 1XDHOD(LSPD)
• 1x HOD (NG)
• 2x DHOD (NG)
• Captain (SAHP)

Gangs:

• under deputy of ballas
• under deputy of Families.
  
  These roles taught me a great deal about the rules of the city, player behavior and how to be fair and responsible in leadership; these are values I hold now.
  
  3. What are your strengths?
  • Leadership Team Management: I excel in leading, training and managing large teams to get the best out of them.
  • Communication: I am able to articulate rules, procedures and expectations to players.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: I am reasonably good at mediating and being able to make decisions fairly under pressure.
  • Player support: I am good with newcomers and people frustrated by the game.
  • Knowledge: Well, practiced and have a good understanding of server rules, admin protocols and RP etiquette.
  
  4. What are your weaknesses?
  I can lose my temper at times, especially in chaotic situations. However, I am working on controlling my reactions. I take a moment to assess situations before I respond. I practice patience and keep a professional tone even when I'm under pressure. This effort has already helped me manage leadership roles more calmly and effectively.
  
  5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by being Assistant?
  • Orientation of the players: I can orient a new player in the server rules and RP fitting.
  • Conflict Resolution: I have experience in solving a situation of conflict to appear fair to all parties.
  • Organizational Support: I am excellent in maintaining logs, reports, and helping senior admins with day-to-day work.
  • Rule Enforcement: I maintain a very neutral position while applying rules. No partiality or favoritism is shown. I try to make sure everyone feels welcome and happy in the community.
  
  6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
  No, nothing is stopping me from being active at the moment. I am available and have the time to commit to this position and provide regular server support.
  
  7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
  I believe my extensive history of service and leadership within the city has honed my interpersonal and administration skills and I would like to aid the admin team as well as the players. I wish to enhance the experience of the server for everyone. I consider my dedication to the role of Assistant Admin will help me achieve that goal with a sense of professionalism, fairness and a willingness to help.
