The SAHP officers killed my colleague in a green zone. They didn’t tase him or attempt to pull him out of the car; they just shot him while he was on the green grass, which is also a public place. When an FIB officer arrived, the SAHP officer told him to take permission to enter a public place. They were also not following CoC.
