I am writing to respectfully appeal the permanent ban issued for GR 1.3 (Fraud) concerning the transfer of solar resources within the Ballas organization. I believe the ban was issued based on a misunderstanding of a legitimate, personal investment and compensation strategy.

Detailed Clarification of the Transaction​

I wish to clarify that no fraud occurred. The solar resources were acquired and managed under a transparent, personal investment plan:

1. Investment & Ownership: I personally planted a total of 13 solar units on the organization's property. I called other players, paid them $12,000 each, and handed them the solar units to place. This confirms the initial investment and ownership were mine alone.
2. Organization Compensation: My organization (Ballas) helped me protect these units from being robbed. As compensation and a donation for their support, I gifted the organization 6 of the 13 solar units.
3. Personal Retention: I retained the remaining 7 solar units, which represented my original personal investment after compensating the organization for their assistance.

The transfer being questioned was simply the distribution of my own personal assets after properly compensating the organization. This was a clear, pre-arranged agreement and involved no deception, scamming, or financial loss to any external player or organization.

Conclusion and Request​

I am fully dedicated to this community and assure the team that my actions were an act of resource management and compensation, not fraud. I respectfully request that the administration review my detailed clarification and the evidence (if available, showing the initial planting and organization donation) to confirm the legitimacy of this transaction.

I ask for the removal of this permanent ban and appreciate your time and fair judgment in reviewing my appeal.
