I got banned due to a missed POV request from around 11:40 PM on September 11th. I didn’t see the request because I was asleep and hadn’t opened the game. I also cleared out all my POVs recently to free up storage, not realizing one might be needed.
It’s been almost 20 days since the ban, and I understand the rules better now. I’ll make sure to keep POVs for at least 2 days and double-check for any requests before deleting them.
I’d really appreciate it if you could consider lifting the ban. Thanks for your time and understanding.
